Camping Info
Our campsite will be situated on Piercefield Park, 100m away from the main arena. The Campervan section will be right next to the main campsite.
We’ll be operating a free shuttle service for campers & your belongings, from the main car park onto the site.
We’re installing hot showers, vanity stations, and toilet facilities for everyone in our campsite.
By Coach
On Saturday, return coach tickets are available from the following cities:
Bristol | Cardiff | Birmingham | Hereford | Newport
These are 50 seater coaches, charged at cost price. Timings and booking info available through Skiddle
We’d like to encourage all guests to travel by bus to reduce congestion and minimise the event carbon footprint.
By Car
Car parking passes will be available nearer the event date, through Skiddle. All guests will be informed via email & social media when these are available. We’ll be utilising Chepstow Racecourse car park.
A designated pick-up and drop-off zone will also be available for lifts if you prefer.
By Taxi

It is possible to book Ubers in advance, to and from Bristol or Cardiff.
We strongly recommend booking taxis in advance, to avoid being stranded.
By Train
The nearest train station is Chepstow. Direct links to Gloucester, Newport and the surrounding regions.
Book in advance through Trainline.
A shuttle bus will be running from Chepstow train station <> the festival drop off point. Please note the festival ends at Midnight and the last train out may be before this time.
RULES & FAQ
This is a strictly 18+ event, which operates a challenge 25 policy at the bar as a licensing condition. You will be asked to provide proof of age with a valid photographic ID. Please always approach the bar with your ID ready to make the process as quick as possible for everyone.
We accept: valid Passport/ UK driving licence/ a proof age card bearing a PASS hologram.
Prohibited items:
- No alcohol allowed into the main arena. Campsite guests will be allowed to bring 8 x 440ml cans.
- Generators
- BBQs
- Animals
- Glass
- Illegal substances
- Legal highs
- Fireworks/flares/Chinese/Skylanterns
- Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
- Gas canisters/Petrol burners
Can I sleep in the car park?
This will not be permitted and is identified by local authorities as a fire and public safety hazard.
What is the policy for bringing alcohol into the event?
Alcohol will not be allowed into the main arena. Campsite guests will be allowed to bring 8 x 440ml cans.
DRUGS & ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
As a condition of entry, festival guests will be subject to search at any time. Security will search for illegal items including drugs. Anyone caught in possession of drugs will be stopped, searched and will have these confiscated with the risk of ejection from the event. A record will be kept and reported to the police.
We will liaise with local Police to arrest people caught selling any drugs or NPS (New Psychoactive Substances) at the festival.
Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, and our bar team will be instructed to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or may cause harm. We absolutely do not want trouble makers attending this event, they spoil the positive experience for everyone else.
Any troublemakers may be refused entry and escorted off site.
OTHER INFORMATION
Cash & Card Payments:
Our festival bar, cocktail bar and street food vendors will accept payment through cash or card. Our food vendors will be serving a range of meat, veggie, vegan and gluten-free options.
Strobe lighting:
It is likely that strobe lighting will be used throughout the event. There will not be a warning immediately before a period of strobe lighting.
First Aiders:
Available for the full duration of the event incase of emergency, with medical tent situated in the main arena.
Public Health:
We strongly advise all guests to stay at home if you feel or are unwell. The woodland site is a large and very well ventilated outdoor space, all stretch tents have high open sides.

Have your ID and e-Ticket ready to scan at the entrance, and collect your wristband from the desk.
Our friendly security team will be undertaking searches for any prohibited items, and then granting access to the main site.

Tickets must be purchased in advance to gain access to the site, scanned and exchanged for wristbands at the entrance trail.
This will be a strictly over 18's event - photocard ID required upon entry.
Zero tolerance approach to drugs, disorder or negative energy.
